All of our employees must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and must pass the company test prior to the employment commenced. Quality assurance and quality controls have been implemented to ensure the quality of our accounting and tax services provided to clients.

Reasonable service fee

Our service fee starts at Baht 2,500 per month. Our fee is based on time spent by the team and consider factors such as the level of complexity, use of techniques, expertise, and know-how developed within our firm. The fee might be changed based on the nature of client’s company, the size of your business, the expected workload (e.g the number of transactions to be recorded and documents) and the business complexity. However, we are glad to discuss with you on your requirement to reassess the fee quoted. The consultation is free of charge.

Scope of monthly accounting services

• Analyse the list of documents to support the accounting record according to accounting standards prescribed by both the Professional Council and the Revenue Department
• Prepare and submit the withholding income tax form (PND 1/3/53)
• Prepare and submit VAT forms (P.P 30/36)
• Prepare and submit social security forms
• Provide advice on document preparation and taxes
• Prepare financial statements (e.g balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity and notes to financial statements)
